Walk with Ernestine Shepherd
Once a month SBB Fit 4 Life joins the World’s Oldest Living Body Builder for a walk around Druid Hill. Ms. Shepherd is 86 years old, trains a YouFit gym, travels to different engagements but still finds time to give back to the community. We will be walking Saturday July 9th with Mrs. Shepherd. The walks are casual and usually 3 miles.
